In the event that the purchased goods are found to be inadequate, the customer has the right to replace his or her purchases within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the returned goods are new, clean, etc., and are accompanied by the original label and case.

The goods, protected against damage, should be shipped to the address:

Goods should be shipped in a hard box, as damage may occur if sent in an envelope.

You must enclose with the shipment:

  1. The purchase ID, which is the invoice/purchase document obtained with the order,
  2. An indication of the reason for the return (shipping error, defective item, right of withdrawal).

If the desired item is not available from SEALS ONLINE SRL, the replacement cannot be made. In this case, the customer can choose a different item, or request a refund. Should the item requested in exchange be more expensive than the returned item, SEALS ON LINE SRL will inform the customer of the difference to be paid.

We recommend that great care be taken in the protection and packaging of the goods to be returned.

Refund

We guarantee our Customers to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the returned goods are new, clean, etc. and accompanied by the original label and case.

No returns will be accepted from companies (Purchases with invoice).

Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the Customer.

Likewise, we inform that no cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted by us.

After receipt of the returned goods, SEALS ON LINE SRL will send the Customer the amount due within 7 working days.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg. : accessories, software attachments, etc. …); the right does not apply to products sealed once opened; the purchased goods must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, display protection films, warranty sticker on spare parts intact, etc. …); to limit damage to the original package, in accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer. The said firm will reserve the right to take legal action against any form or intention of fraud, against those who threaten or intimidate when the above conditions are not complied with, or in the face of threats for extortion purposes.

Complaints regarding damage occurring during transportation will be considered only on the basis of a dispute protocol completed in the presence of the bearer of the goods (letter carrier or courier agent).

We recommend that great care be taken in the protection and packaging of the goods to be returned.

Free Return

Not entirely satisfied with your order? No problem, you can:

  • Return the items in question to us within 14 days* after receiving your package, stating the reason for return/return.

Change an item purchased in the catalog:

  • Change your item to the same item in a different color, or to another item

Methods of refund:

  • We will refund your returned items within a period of 14 days from our acknowledgement of your request.

If you opted for cash on delivery, please attach a note with your bank details to the package so that we can process the refund.
