ARIES 25 LONG variable length seals with metal locking insert are warranty seals that belongs to the Aries range.

The THINSEAL ARIES 25 plastic seal is an adjustable security seal.

The metal rosette, commonly called the metal insert, located inside the head, allows for a smooth tail of the seal, making it very easy to close. The tail then passes through the perforated rosette, which tightens more and more as it closes. In this way, the seal is perfectly closed and can only be broken.

Being a smooth seal, it allows insertion into small holes, even just a few microns larger than the seal’s tail, which measures 2mm.

Particularly suitable for female use and for all types of transport, especially air travel, catering, bag closure, or situations where dozens of seals need to be closed daily. Also suitable for fuels or liquids in general.

Moreover, it is suitable for all types of fire extinguishers or boxes where the hole allows the use of this reliable warranty seal.

ARIES 25 LONG variable length seals with metal locking insert are laser-customizable, ensuring that the print remains unaltered, and logos or designs can be faithfully reproduced.

A barcode can be inserted, although we recommend not very long barcodes, such as INTERLEAVED 2.5 or 128, to facilitate reading. They come with basic progressive numbering. In the case of progressive numbering, a small inscription like “SEALED, SEALED DO NOT REMOVE” is included for added security. They are supplied in strips of 10 pieces and in bags or cardboard boxes according to the quantity required. Various colors are available, including white, yellow, light green, and light blue among the main ones. The length of 40 cm of these plastic seals with a metal closure allows for versatile use.
